Next Steps Business Consultancy was developed to help organisations address divergent challenges in an accessible but structured way. Our programme enables companies to analyse their business and plan ahead in a way that allows them to give due consideration to developing and implementing strategies for both the short and long term concurrently. However, by considering areas such as Marketing, Product Development and International Trade in a connected way, the result will be a practical, cohesive Implementation Plan not a series of divergent strategies which compete with each other for resources or have conflicting focuses.
The programme will always be delivered in three stages. Firstly, we work with clients to understand their business, their culture and their aspirations in order to develop strategies and layout a roadmap to address their short, medium and long term objectives for development and growth. Then, in a series of workshops, we work through their next steps in marketing, market development, international trade, innovation, product development and other areas before generating an Implementation Plan. Finally, we provide a follow up consultation to review the progress being made.
This programme has been designed to be structured enough to be repeatable but flexible enough to accommodate differing emphases for different clients. It is delivered in a manner which enables clients to take ownership of the process and also assimilate the tools used in to their ongoing business activity.
