 There are a lot of business coaches about but which one is right for you? Some focus on the individual whilst others look to put their clients through lengthy coaching programmes. However, at Du Cane, the main driver for our Business Coaching service is flexibility.
If you are considering Business Coaching support but want it on your terms, Du Cane's open approach could be for you.
Organisations who engage coaches often prefer the reassurance of working with the same consultancy on an ongoing basis so that they can deal with someone who develops a real feeling for their business. However, we recognise that not everyone wants to commit to an ongoing engagement before they've had chance to see how things are working whereas others will only want support on ad hoc basis.
In light of this, we will support a client's initial requirements on a "no strings" basis but ensure that they are supported by an appropriately matched Consultant who would then be available to become their Business Coach as and when required should they wish to use our services on a repeated or ongoing basis.
However, our flexible approach is not limited to the frequency of the engagement. Whilst we will always apply a listening approach, we deliberately do not have a default business coaching programme and will always tailor the nature of the support and the areas covered to suit the needs of the individual client. As this service is offered alongside our programme-based approach to Next Steps Business Consultancy, this means we can always provide our clients with a choice of how to work with us.
