Du Cane founder launches new business |

December 2010 - Du Cane founder Peter Lloyd has launched a new company with two Saudi-based business partners.
First Consulting (UK) Ltd will provide business support services to clients in the Middle East and beyond based on core competences in HR, Outsourcing and Consultancy.
Based in the UK but offices in Riyadh, First Consulting will provide a broad range of services in the fields of HR (such as Strategic HR Consultancy, Training and Executive Recruitment), Outsourcing (operation and management of outsourced services transforming them from cost centres to profit centres operating entrepreneurially) and Consultancy (Management Consultancy, Investor Research, Market Development and Strategic Marketing).
Lloyd will be Managing Director with operational responsibility for both the UK and KSA offices. Although the initial focus will be based on leveraging existing relationships in the Saudi corporate sector, First will have clients and partners in the broader Middle East and North African region with services also being offered in the UK.
"We will aim to support both those organisations in the MENA region wishing to operate internationally and international players wishing to operate in the MENA region" said Lloyd adding "the focus will be very different from Du Cane but they say variety is the spice of life!"
