November 2010 - Du Cane Associates are now offering consultancy based on their Business Process Optimisation technique as a discrete consultancy service.
As a result of ongoing interest from various clients in this element of our consultancy support, it was felt that it was time to make all our clients aware of what we offer.
Many consultancies offer change management support but clients often have to choose from a professional but detailed installation and application of proven statistically based methodologies such as Six Sigma or a focus on softer issues such as changing people. Our solution is sympathetic to both approaches but avoids the trap of putting so much focus on the intrinsic characteristics of the method(s) used that the real needs of the client and the workable solutions they require are obscured by the zeal of those leading the changes.
